ViewSonic announced its new PJL6 Series of LCD projectors and its latest solutions – the PJL6243 and PJL6233.
These advanced 3LCD projectors are ideal for use in classrooms and smaller meeting rooms. Both projectors feature 1024×768 XGA resolution, while delivering 3000 (PJL6243) and 2600 (PJL6233) ANSI lumens. The PJL6 Series supports up to 1080p HD content with seven default picture modes (standard, real, dynamic, blackboard, color board – red/blue/yellow/green) for optimal content projection. Automatic keystone correction ensures perfectly square images every time, and network communication and management capabilities allow for simplified projector control and classroom messaging. Paired with a 1.2 optical zoom lens and an integrated speaker, these projectors open the door to new educational possibilities.

The PJL6243 and PJL6233 feature top load lamps and bottom filters with slide design for easy maintenance, whether on a tabletop or ceiling mounted. Added features on both models include an ECO energy saving mode to help extend lamp life and reduce fan noise. For increased security, a PIN lock feature allows the user to set a password to prevent unauthorized use, while the Kensington security lock port provides anti-theft protection.
The ViewSonic PJL6243 and PJL6233 are both now available with an industry-leading three-year limited parts and labor warranty, and a one-year lamp warranty, for respective ESPs of $699 and $599.
